Superb dinner. We had originally planned to be further towards the alps but due to bad weather were delayed. Found this amazing place. Large car park close by. Well illuminated for a full Christmas car and a dog, lighting is a good safety feature. Super...friendly staff. Interesting menu with good portion sizes. Spotlessly clean. Delicious flavours. Every year my wife and I stop at troyes and go to dinner at the dupont bistro. This year we were a little disappointed believing to discover a dish (leader's zarzuela) and great disappointment, obviously this dish was warmed in the microwave, the super cooked vegetables bathing in boiling juice and the fishes and crustaceans much too cooked for dessert (burned cream) the taste and texture of mine were different (?) f...
