Superb dinner. We had originally planned to be further towards the alps but due to bad weather were delayed. Found this amazing place. Large car park close by. Well illuminated for a full Christmas car and a dog, lighting is a good safety feature. Super...friendly staff. Interesting menu with good portion sizes. Spotlessly clean. Delicious flavours. Every year my wife and I stop at troyes and go to dinner at the dupont bistro. This year we were a little disappointed believing to discover a dish (leader's zarzuela) and great disappointment, obviously this dish was warmed in the microwave, the super cooked vegetables bathing in boiling juice and the fishes and crustaceans much too cooked for dessert (burned cream) the taste and texture of mine were different (?) f... Beautiful discovery based on threeadvisor reviews. we also fell under the charm of this beautiful establishment: smiling welcome and with a lot of humor. It starts well. aperitif quality house followed by speciality, zarzuelo. Let yourself be surprised by the chef's dish worked with fresh products that simmer the time required. beautiful evening in a friendly setting with a staff passionate by customers.
A reference on troyes and about. at the bistrot dupont, you eat well, in a cossu setting with impeccable service and small care for customers. mention more for small gourmets: the terrine and chocolate mousse at will, at the top I recommend this restaurant for a business meal as well as a dinner with friends on a Saturday night!
Very good time for this dinner with friends. We took a la carte for girls and menu for boys. everything was good, the staff is very pleasant and convenient. cracking on chocolate mousse at will ... to redo without hesitation!
Frame, welcome, dishes, everything is of top quality. We've been coming for years, and we're still so happy.
We ate the soup of coquilles in July 2017, and the zarzuela as main dish: Twice an absolute rapist. Exquisite personnel that proves even French can be funny. If you're around, sure!
