This unpretentious restaurant has a great view of mountain peaks, and serves straightforward Asturian food. The open air terrace adjoining the restaurant is shady and cool, and overlooks rustic old farm buildings with swooping swifts darting about. The terrace is dog friendly, so you can take your dog there. The owner is very polite, and the food is good. There is a village car park nearby. Note that the Tripadvisor map is miles out save yourself a needless trip up a mountain track and head for Beleño or San Juan de Beleño (it is signposted as both same place).

If you want delicious authentic food with a beautiful view for an incredible price you must eat here!!! For 15 euros each we had an amazing 4 course meal of very unique food, with our waiter going out of his way to help make sure all my meals were vegetarian (even though he spoke no English and we barely speak Spanish he was super helpful! This tiny town is surrounded by beautiful mountains and is easily the best meal we've had in a very very long time! Highly recommended!!

My wife and I had lunch here about a week ago after hiking in the area. We both had the menu of the day which came with four courses and wine for about 15 euro. All the food and wine was excellent as was the service. Also a great view of the surrounding mountains from the outdoor patio. An overall wonderful experience and highly recommended.

Circulating on a motorcycle in the AS-261 at the end of December 2014, we arrived at the time of eating the village of San juan de beleo, in the council of put (asturias), well known by the mountaineers and hikers who enter on the routes that run such impressive places. We ate at the put fonda, a specialised establishment in the traditional fogn kitchen, where the fabada with deer, cooked castes, the tomafames pot, the shepherds' corral or any other hunting dish. in essential desserts the beleo cake, sweet rice with jam. it has less of the da (15 barely reach the caf while time changes, and what began with the rain, in a short time, became snow.
