Unfortunately, once we stepped inside, we were met with old, dirty, and worn walls, tiles, chairs, and tables, not to mention the state of the bathroom. The food we were served was cold and in very small portions. Overall, this was by far the most disappointing reopening I have ever encountered. On a brighter note, the staff were friendly.

My orders have always been taken accurately and delivered to me correctly. I also don't recall having to wait long in the drive-thru.

When I talked to the manager, he told me coleslaw and mashed potatoes were included. I pointed out that the advertisement only mentions "individual sides" without listing the options. As a result, he charged me 80 cents for macaroni and cheese as a side. I'm giving this review one star because of the manager's dismissive attitude.

I went inside, but they prioritized the drive-thru customers. Nobody took my order or even acknowledged me for several minutes. When I tried to order a 12-piece, I was told it would cost $27. I said that didn’t sound right and was then told it was $21 for just the chicken without a combo. The pricing was confusing and didn’t make any sense.
