The chicken is consistently fresh and crispy, regardless of the time I visit. I don’t go there frequently, but I've been a customer for several years. I usually opt for takeout since the dining experience doesn't particularly appeal to me. The staff is generally friendly, though they can be a bit slow at times. The side dishes are also quite good. Horrendous. Went in but they went to the drive through people first. No one took my order or acknowledged me for minutes. Tried to order 12 piece was told it was 27 dollars. Food was still warm and tasted fresh when it got here!
Spicy crispy chicken sandwiches are delicious but the drive though service is on the slow side, they need to improve that.

The Mac Cheese Bowl Combo was delicious! The macaroni and cheese was wonderfully creamy, and the chicken was tasty as well!
The food is fresh and doesn't have that taste of having been kept under a heat lamp all day.
