What User likes about Mcdonald's:
This morning, I visited McDonald's drive-thru to buy breakfast. After driving away, I noticed that my order was missing a hash brown. I parked and went inside to inform the manager about the missing item. She quickly brought me two hash browns, apologized, and thanked me for my business. This was excellent customer service and I was impressed. I've never experienced such great service at McDonald's before. Thank you! View all feedback.
