Foo... read more It's apparent people don't want to work... Another Chipotle bites the dust. Poor attitude of employees. Whole restaurant is filthy and no one seems to care. Food is not that great. Can't order a quesadilla in the store. It can only be an online to go order. Some employees wearing gloves and some not. Don't waste your time here.

However, I was disappointed to find steak hidden in my sofritas during my recent visit. I ordered rice, sofritas, corn, and cheese, and discovering the meat was completely unacceptable. I grew up in a household where my family couldn't eat meat due to serious health issues, so I can't imagine ordering this for them, thinking there was no meat and putting their health at risk. This oversight reflects a lack of care from the employees and highlights the need for the company to implement stricter guidelines to prevent such incidents.

I went into the restaurant to order a bowl and a burrito, but both were filled with rice and no meat. When I brought this to the manager's attention, she implied that it was my fault for the employees' lack of knowledge about how to prepare the food they offer. She acted as if my dissatisfaction with what I paid for was an inconvenience to her. Although she said she would provide a refund, she only refunded one item before walking away and muttering under her breath. I would advise against spending your money here.
