What Chicago 49er doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
The portions could be better. The food tastes good your just wanting more portions if it wasn't for the special drink selection I'd find a local food truck to dine out, the prices are outrageous when you ask for more they say company policy, which is ajoke. This chipotle has the absolute friendliest staff. I work at the starbucks across the way and forgot my wallet one time. They let me take my bowl anyway and almost made me cry from the act of kindness they displayed. When I tried to pay it back the next day they wouldn't let me and instead asked that I continue to be a customer. Store is always clean. Music is always poppen. Smiles are always present. Such a good team.
Out of all the chipotle this one is the BEST hands down. They always go above and behind for me and my family. I love and appreciate all the team members here!!!
Much better than the neighboring Chipotles around the area. They aren’t as stingy the food is usually made to Chipotle’s standards. Good customer service.
This location is more expensive than the one on diamond bar blvd but the food is still good. For some odd reason my beans were absolutely UNseasoned and tasted terrible. I was disappointed because i really do like the beans.
1. Burrito Bowl (Chicken): My burrito bowls chicken was a significant disappointment. It was unpleasant to eat since it was rubbery and undercooked. I didnt anticipate such poor cooking from a restaurant like Chipotle. It literally and figuratively left me with a foul taste in my mouth. 2. Burrito Bowl (Sour Cream): Due to her lactose allergy, my wife expressly asked that there be no sour cream in her burrito bowl. Sour cream was nevertheless still added to her order by the service. This error may have been dangerous to her health in addition to being inconvenient. Its critical that Chipotle considers the dietary requirements of its patrons. 3. Steak Quesadilla (Missing Steak): It is quite upsetting to order a steak quesadilla and have it delivered without the steak. Its like to ordering a hamburger and only receiving the bun. This meal was a complete disappointment and a waste of my money (thanks doordash for crediting me one meal, I guess)because the essential component was missing. A top priority should be quality assurance. Overall, these problems made my recent DoorDash order of Chipotle the last one, and I hope they can pay more attention to consumer needs and improve the quality of their food in the future. I guess this is what you get when you order with only 40 minutes before closing.
