The tacos are a must-try at this restaurant. Their Taco Tuesday deal offers $1 vegan tacos, which might make some people skeptical about vegan food. What Rayan Ross dislikes about Borreguitas:
The food was ok nothing special, the meat choice was good had a little sweetness to it. The burrito was huge But there wasn’t much rice and beans that came with the tacos. Their standards went down they don’t serve your food on a an actual plate. The seasonal Ague Fresca was not too sweet and had a perfect natural taste to it. There was Flys in the restaurant too but thats how you know it’s authentic. View all feedback.

On Tuesday, tacos are only $1. I always get the “Asada” as my filling for tacos and burritos. the aguas frescas are also delicious

That would probably have been my place in the CPP days, super cool that there are more vegan friendly places near my old stomping area. bright colored (loud pink) building with very “mi gente” vibes, there are beautiful cacti around the building and in the adjacent parking space. Please note that the restaurant is currently open and refurbished so that it is only for the departure. Staff/Personal friendly, also someone in the line, was super friendly! I opened my car door, how?! amazing! I had the streets tacos, 'de papa y nopales' and 'pa con chorizo' whoa- brought me back to Mexico City, as they tasted like 'tacos de canasta' to drink, I had the limonade w/chia seeds, gurke and orange slip. also, super delicious! the spot, has so much potential so pending to get this place higher rated when renovations are completed, I would personally love an outside sitting area to enjoy basking in this socal sun! a further recommendation would be in addition to soy alternative protein options and fully vegan (as their standard is vegan, but they offer milk as option).
