I noticed our server, a friendly chubby guy, and asked if he was the only one working that night. He mentioned he had some assistance from the kitchen, but it was his responsibility to personally deliver the food and ensure all the guests were happy. I was truly impressed by his dedication; he not only served us but also took notes for our additional requests. It's rare to see such commitment to customer service! I also want to extend my thanks to the cashier for being so accommodating; we really appreciated it. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends who are exploring the mountains of Mindanao. #FilipinosAreGoodPeople #ESMASARAP

Hi! I kept on searching for the best Shrimp Aglio Olio here in Polomolok since my favorite coffee shop closed way back 2020 because of pandemic. I tasted a lot of Aglio Olio from different stores but there are only few who passed. First is the Mossa Cafe in Davao, Second is Shakey’s Aglio Olio, and finally, Esma’s Aglio Olio. Please don’t remove this pasta from your menu. Been loving Aglio Olio since 2019. 100000000/100
