Nadies Chicken House - Polomolok

Polomolok branch receptionist was not accommodating. T’was disappointing to get answer from her after we requested coke litro, she said “ we don’t serve litro here” and yet they serve litro royal tru orange. What the fuss??! Plus you need to order at the counter when the place is semi formal and they serve made to order foods. The order system was inconvenient, with us was 4 elderly out of 7 pax. The receptionist never had a decency of letting elderly sit and take their orders but instead let them wait standing While waiting for our orders taken. Granting that we were the first customers who went in at 6:20pm 21 July 2019. Soup bowl were served w excess water which prompted us to inform the server to replace it with a dry bowl, spoon and fork were wet too. Suggestions: have an order menu list. This way, customers will not file up at your less spacious counter. receptionist MUST BE polite at all time. utensils MUST BE clean table napkins must always be available (wag kayo kuripot, after all its part of what we are paying)

Chicken was as good as always, and it's nice that they're diversifying their menu too. It's disappointing, however, that they completely overcooked the rice on my last visit. It was so dry.

I don't agree with what I received. I should be able to receive 6 pcs of Pecho Trio and deliver only 4 pcs. Are you not clear about your services? We don't want to order this product, you are disappointed. Not enough to send an order to the customer. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₱400–600

Food is good..pricing is not cheap and not expensive too.. but preparation takes a long time... good thing, the cashier always gives us good customer service , and treats customer well.. you don't want to complain about the waiting when they are accommodating..
