Once you find this place through a doorway at the top of a small flight of steps among Pollina 's labyrinth of streets, it is quite a surprise. We had a lunch here which immediately limits the menu as the pizza oven is only lit for the evening and much of the seafood is unavailable as presumably they wait for today 's catch to arrive in time for evening service. A couple of us had the bresaola starter which was excellent, and the the rigatoni al Norma, which we imagined was the sauce made to Norma 's recipe, whoever she was. It was very tasty and the pasta was, as I have found it and come to prefer it, nicely al dente . Good value too at €55, admittedly with only sparkling water to drink. Very enjoyable.
