We were looked after by Christian who was friendly, helpful and attentive and w... read more We ate here as we were staying in the Hotel Diana which is above the restaurant. We were looked after by Christian who was friendly, helpful and attentive and who spoke excellent English and French. The menu is very varied and we were spoilt for choice. As it turned out we both had exactly the same which was the fish stuffed ravioli which was delicious and beautifully presented and then the slow cooked pork on apple with chestnut cream. It was superb, cooked to perfection, tasted divine and as before elegantly presented. Because both courses had been so good we decided to have a pudding which was gluttony so we really couldn’t do them justice but my homemade ice cream with berry fruits was lovely as was my husbands apple cake. The chef is truly inspirational and will go far.
