Staff: professional, attentive, caring for the little ones, never intrusive, and always proactive. Food: quality ingredients, well-prepared without being overbearing, with excellent presentation. Service times: well-regulated and spaced between courses. Owner: cultured, knowledgeable, attentive from the welcome to the bill, with a special mention for the menu selection and, above all, the wine selection. A truly iconic restaurant, one of those whose stamp has long since been lost! Congratulations!!!!
