I ate here on a really busy evening however had read multiple good reviews about this place, they informed me that they had a seperate oven and can avoid cc, I had 2 gluten free pizzas to share with my partner which were lovely. I had a tummy ache and started feeling dizzy straight away after eating but thought it could just be from the amount of food, around an hour later I was very sick for hours which I get when I... Very good SG pizza with burrata. Attention to cross-contamination, they can be present because it is a "normal" restaurant.
There were only gluten-free pizza, but this was good.
Very good pizza! Not reported on the menu as in the most places on Polignano) but every pizza can be ordered glutenfree.

Amazing gluten free pizza, staff are knowledgeable of coeliac and said there was no cross contamination. All pizza and pasta can be done gluten free!
