We ran into this focacceria by chance, walking through polygnano. Let's read in the showcase that they only smell olive oil and poorly refined flour, so we are tempted to taste their focaccia. the texture soft enough and the delicious focaccia. You've never eaten better! not too greedy, soft, great goto! super recommended!
Delicious food and lovely staff. The food was very reasonably priced and great value for money, very tasty and recommend for lunch or a quick snack.

If you’re staying in Polignano a mare, or visiting for the day, you MUST try the focaccia here! Opening times appear to vary, however we went there around 10am and had fresh focaccia, which was the best we’ve ever had. My partner and I are massive foodies from London and find in general we can be hard to impress, but this was sensational. Salty, oily, tasty goodness.
