Quiet atmosphere and friendly and very attentive staff, so many dishes prepared with care and a great level. VIVAL COUNCIL OF PROVING TO THE FIRST!! We are a couple of Trentino. Every year we come on holiday in Polignano. The Gabelliere is a stage that absolutely cannot fail.
We were hungry and we dwelt here. . It smells really delicious, very good I would say very kind..
