Konoba Ankora - Polace

I was really impressed by the food, location, and service at this restaurant. It exceeded my expectations compared to other places I have eaten at in mainland Croatia, and it is the best restaurant I have tried in Croatia so far. As a vegetarian, I sometimes struggle to find good options in places that focus mainly on fish, but the spaghetti with courgette was delicious. My partner enjoyed the fish plate and the chocolate cake for dessert was excellent as well. All the vegetables are grown in their own garden. The service did slow down towards the end of our meal, as the other tables, including a large party, were all seated around the same time and there was only one waiter. However, he did his best to serve us as quickly as possible and with a smile. Many thanks for a great dining experience.

This restaurant is excellent! The service and food were wonderful. The only thing is that they require reservations and the meal service can be slow because they take their time to cook everything. So if you're in a rush, I wouldn't recommend coming here. But if you have some time to spare, I highly recommend it!

Rather nice, despite a rather long service. as everywhere on this island, much too expensive, for content and quality very below what is in croatia. the proximity of the craft of pleasure is not there for nothing. The octopus is very good, the wild pig with gnocchis too.

The octopus salad was excellent, but the banana cake was disappointing.
