If you suffer from chochaholism you will not be able to resist the odours as you enter. Very spacious layout and a big selection, but a surprising amount of imported stuff. We avoid that for the local home-made offerings. Not cheap, but very good quality. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Twenty-3-Twenty Chocolate Factory:
We stopped for a coffee and hot chocolate and to peruse the large variety of chocolate on sale. It was a pleasant visit but I suspect that it would be bedlam when a coach comes in. There is a wide variety of local and imported chocolate but as far as the factory is concerned there is very little of interest. Worth a visit if if the lure of chocolate is your thing. We were visiting Pedersen House for a sparkling wine tasting and decided to stop by this restaurant for a quick look. They had a wonderful selection of chocolates and other products. Although they were pricey, my wife purchased a few and really enjoyed them.
Variety of very overpriced goods, no tastings or explanation of the manufacturing process. Quite unfriendly staff, there was a COVID bouncer who was intimidating rather than facilitating of guests. Would not recommend.
I stopped here to buy gifts for friends. The jams, pickles and chocolates were overpriced however as I was leaving straight after I still purchased a few things. The fudge was exorbitant! A lovely clean area and covid safe plexi glass at the counters.
It's a clean covid-safe environment and you can see people making chocolate behind a large glass. There's a wide variety of chocolates/nougat which are a bit overpriced, even for a tourist spot (I though the hunter valley olive company was better to buy chocolates at) and the coffee was a bit watery (soy flat white/chai). However, there was a lovely vista from the tables outside and the staff were friendly and lovely. Good for a stop to have a little break.
Pretty extensive range of chocolates with so much variety, lots of room to walk around and browse at things freely. The service window was quite nice, I came away with a few single specialty chocolates for $2 to $3 each, as well as a rocky road and some different types, but there's something for everyone's tastes. I found no problems with Covid distancing, it was fine. Be mindful if you try to turn up around 4:45pm they won't let you in, so we just went back the next day which was fine.
