Usually mostly empty with almost a dozen staff milling around. My coffee cup was unclean, my water glass smelt bad (and the previous day I was served hot water? . The place is uncomfortable given the stated environment of lots of staff with little to do. Card is accepted and there is WiFi, though few seating areas have outlets for laptops. The place has a borderline bankrupt and ghostly vibe to it, so I can't see it lasting long. Definitely the worst one I've visited in Nepal thus far. The manager’s professional demeanor, impeccable presentation, and genuine care for customer satisfaction make every visit memorable, and the coffee here is simply the best. Today, we enjoyed their special combo breakfast and a crispy chicken burger and a café latte—each presented beautifully and tasting absolutely divine. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

However, this cafe lacks a proper restroom. As this cafe is within a small mall, the restroom happens to be downstairs and most of the time is dirty. Could have easily rated 5 star if they had a proper restroom. Definitely recommend this place for short visits. The jack burger here is really good too.
