I ordered Meal Box #3, which includes the Famous KFC Sandwich with pasta salad, but instead received Meal Box #4, the Super Crunch with coleslaw. When I pointed out the mistake, the employee responded casually, saying, "It's just another sandwich." Since we were in a hurry, I had to accept it, but it was quite disappointing. I hope they can improve in the future.

Out of the seven employees, four seemed to be doing nothing. The only item that was served hot was the chicken; the fries were cold, and the sauce was not up to par. The flavors just aren't what they used to be. Only a year ago, at the Rocket branch, everything tasted great, but it seems the Thibault branch has lost its touch.
