Real Fruit Bubble Tea - Pointe-Claire

I love going to this place for bubble tea because it is one of the only places to find quality bubble tea in Montreal BUT, in the span of two days I have had an unpleasant experience that I think the store owner should address. Wednesday Jan 19th at 17:50, I purchased two drinks, one hot, one cold. The store was out of tapioca which is completely understandable, I?m there 10 mins besogne closing so that one I?m cool with. After I paid for my Large Hot Drink, the servertells me that Large hot drinks don?t exist and I can only get a Medium even though I was charged for a Large drink (I?m assuming a cold . It was my first time having this experience at this location so I just let it slide and I told her itwas no problem at all. I took my drinks, enjoyed them (delicious and went on my Merry way. Thursday Jan 20th at 13:30 I return for more hot bubble tea. I didn?t get my boba fix the day before so I wanted to get one today with tapioca!There?s only 1 server working so I use the kiosk to order which she is preparing drinks for other customers. I order (and pay for a Medium Taro Milk Tea with tapioca. While she?s preparing my tea, she tells me ?I?m sorry, We don?t haveMedium cups. I?ll have to give you a small but I can give you some extra toppings or something?? She was very nice about it, it wasn?t her fault and I agreed with her to give me more tapioca. A message to the owners, it is yourresponsibility to ensure this sort of problem doesn?t happen. You don?t charge people for items that you do not have and then try to negotiate a different drink with them. I paid at least 15% more than I should have paid for my drink (twodays in a row! . I hope this review is taken constructively from the owner?s and i hope future patrons get a proper understanding of what they can (at times expect from your establishment. Other than this problem, I would recommend thisstore any day. You have great tea, you just need to improve on the above mentioned.

We tried both the fruit slush (mango and honeydew) as well as the milk tea. The fruit slush are refreshing without being too sweet. They also use actual fruit and not powders. The mango diamond slush is the better one out of the two, no wonder it is one of their bestseller! The milk teas are just ok. Very impressed with the service as it was fairly quick considering they had many customers.

The service is fine and the price is what it is. However, what I find strange, is that the staff is either not wearing the hairnet properly or literally not wearing one and not having their hair properly attached. It's really not hygienic and since it's mostly girls who are working, it's really concerning the amount of hair hanging around averywhere. Really unprofessional.
