Bar staff are very knowledgeable and the bourbon selection is second to none.

As a local to Point Pleasant my whole life, I understand it’s easy for many to want to stray outside of town to find a different experience. With Amendment here... read more As a local to Point Pleasant my whole life, I understand it’s easy for many to want to stray outside of town to find a different experience. With Amendment here there’s no need. Incredible food, music and an option of drinks you are unable to find anywhere else. It’s truly a unique experience compared to anywhere I’ve been across the world. The staff is a family that welcomes all in, and an energy that is hard to come by. Amendment has something for everyone and there’s no reason not to come in for one.

Appetizers, we had were the garlic shrimp with chips, very small shrimp 8 total, I mean small! We also had the garlic parmasean wings, dry, over cooked lacked flavor. For dinner we both had the Pho, she had the shrimp Pho and I had the Steak Pho. Terrible. The music was way , way way to load. It is more of a local yocal crowd of younger Point Pleasent drunks. Don't go here. It's waste of your time and money, nothing special here unless you are a local, then this is the Taj Mahal to you.

Our first server was not very friendly and did not take the time to listen carefully to my order. She seemed very dismissive. The gentleman bartender was super friendly and made some great margaritas! I ordered the cowboy burger and it was okay. I feel like the meat could have used more seasoning, there was no barbecue sauce on the burger and the fries needed salt. Overall, the place had pretty cool vibes but we probably won't be back anytime soon.
