This place is owned by an old friend back up in Canada. Haven't been able to go in some time so on a quick trip home, this place was definitely on my radar. On Good Friday, amidst most places closing, Steph and Mike opened for a seasonal special, the Pick'wich. Most Americans won't recognize the name pickerel as they call it Walleye. But baby, it's awesome no matter what you call it! The freshest of fish makes all the difference. Made with love and thoughtfulness to the ingredients. Mind blowing good! The rest of the menu looks amazing too, but this day, my day, the Pick'wich rocked! Oh and then, Steph brings out some seasoned pretzels and gave them to me. I packed them up and came back to Colorado. Found them earlier today and BAM!!! It's a pretzel. A pretzel. How is a pretzel that good? I'm begging for the recipe, but alas, I'll have to wait to go back! Run, don't walk to Red Ko!!! Great job Steph, Mike and staff!
