We are all ex-pat workers working in Quezon Province, and have visited now 4-5 times as a group of six or so people for a casual beer and tasty food. The place is clean, welcoming and friendly and for us, the best alternative in Lucena. Menu choice is very wide and the food is fresh and tasty. The beers are cold as long as you ask for a bucket with ice and allow time to cool. Knowing this trick makes all the differen... View all feedback.
When we arrived at Sadik, it was still closed. We were told that the place opens at 5:30 p.m. The exterior was really non-descript and my first reaction was not to go inside at all. It was a good thing that we listened do the...advice of our local friends to try it anyway. We're glad we did because inside was truly a revelation. Very cozy and although the place was crowded, there was civilized conversation going on due to the absence of the ubiquitous videoke. . And the food/ The biryani rice is a must try. Was disappointed with the beef kebab, since the meat was over-cooked and came out tougher than is required. But thje biryani rice made up for that. Will just have to try other dishes when we go back to this place.
The owner and staff treated each customer exceptionally well. Service was right on cue and the quality of food and drink from the kitchen staff was excellent. Sadik chef is running a quality kitchen back there!Five stars and nicely done all around.
We visited based on reviews and true enough, the place didn't seem like much from the outside. But as soon as we saw the food, we knew we went to the right place. We ordered Onion Rings, Fish Beryani, and Mixed Kebab. The servings were...enormous and tasted just as good with each bite. My favorite was the fish kebab and the beryani rice. We don't usually write reviews but this one deserved it. Will definitely come back when we're in the area.
There has been a lot of attempts for new Resto bars here in Lucena but this has been here for years already and why? b'coz I think their food,service and the place tells us all the reason why we do come back at this place....And hey, my all time favorite is their Tuna ;
