Ihop - Pocatello

The kitchen n was slow, but the water was very attentive. we had a decent group of 12 people and it was very organized in the name of restaurants. even with special commands came everything right and together.

Sat and waited 15 minutes to be seated. Finally was sat and no one ever game and got our drink order. Two other tables came in and ordered and no one helped up. We got up and left, we asked for the manager and they weren't even apologetic or asked us to stay and they would take care of it.

Nothing like talking about life with the boys during a late night ihop run

I went into the Pocatello, Idaho location to purchase a gift card. The staff member didn't know how to ring them up, so he went back to get the manager. After 2 minutes the manager asked what I wanted then he disappeared for another 2 minutes finally coming out and getting one off the wall behind him. He said he didn't know where they were!!?! He finally took the card and my debit card and spent another minute on the cash register finally returning. Then I had to walk around the counter and get the gift envelope for the card. Was NOT impressed!

I love Ihop! The remodel was very much needed and looks amazing! New staff is working hard to improve things!
