Popped in for drinks when the unrelenting rain got heavier. It's a smart looking pub with plenty of customers for a rainy Thursday afternoon. There was tennis on the TV screens, music playing and a big group enjoying the afternoon. Right on the harbour, with lots of outside seating. It's not a quiet place, and I expect it gets very lively during the good weather. Drinks were good and service friendly. View all feedback.

Stopped for drinks. Had jail ale. It was like soup. Went back to the bar and they would not replace. Said it is normal. I said can’t be as I had looked at the brewers web site before ordering. After it settled a little had... View all feedback.
The restaurant is in a fantastic location and is always bustling with activity. It has a cozy pub atmosphere.
The outdoor seating during the summer is fantastic, and the food is surprisingly delicious. The Sunday roast is definitely one of the best options on the menu.
Great venue on the Barbican for a few beers in the sun. DJ outside always makes it a decent Afternoon/Evening.
Great place to stop at the end of a cold, wet journey. Lots of helpful friendly staff and great food at a good price. And a fire to get the warmth back into our bones. Clearly very popular and rightly so. Hope I get to return soon.
Had a room for the night. Willow was great, very attentive and helpful. Room clean and spacious and fairly quiet considering how loud they play the music outside! On that note went to breakfast at 8:00 and someone started with the loud music (Black Eyed Peas) on the outside speakers. Come on chaps nobody wants loud music that time of the morning especially, I’m sure, the other businesses opening up.
