Once again a certain member of staff is so miserable, No eye contact, no acknowledgement of you standing there, no please or thank you. I don't expect to spend money on food and drink and be greeted by someone that don't seems to want to be there. If you can not be professional and polite, leave. I have had to make a complaint higher this time to Mitchells Butlers. View all feedback.

This pub was fantastic - the staff were excellent and very accommodating for my 2-year-old, making our visit much less stressful than usual when dining out. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning again.

Rob and Amy were absolutely fantastic. Our family had a large meal and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The food was delicious and the service they provided couldn't have been better.
Had a lovely breakfast with my Husand .We ordered Steak and Eggs which came sizzling hot on a skillet .The steaks were cooked perfectly. We were served with a smile and the atmosphere was nice and relaxing fir breakfast.
