We last visited Saltram House years ago and looked forward to our return visit to the tearoom. We were disappointed with the cream teas. Both scones were warm and soggy. When we enquired was advised they are heated in the microwave! View all feedback.
Lovely , clean, little cafe in the courtyard good service and decent coffee. Good, inexpensive simple meals. A must if you're visiting the park or house.
Lovely staff, lovely food, lovely place. Would highly recommend for both locals and visitors, very reasonable prices and well worth it!

I am not sure if I am reviewing the correct place: we had visited Saltram House and gardens and decided to have lunch. We both had jacket potatoes served with coleslaw and salad leaves, which were very tasty. Service was remarkably quick given the number...of visitors and a young lady came to clean the table before we had our lunch as the previous diners had spilled food on the table. The dining room overlooks a duck pond, which kept us entertained throughout our lunch.
