i sometimes go to this pizza hut for the buffet offered. good choice of pizzas (by thte slice) with garlic bread, also two pastas. Great salad selections, which you can get refills of at no extra charge. Starters and desserts also available. I do find the music is often too loud for my liking, but I can ask them to turn it down a bit. choice of drinks too View all feedback.

Ordered today at 1621.it is now 1815 and still not received. The store have informed me its traffic but I can't fathom 2 hours. I will not be using them in future.
Went here for dinner with the kids when staying at the travelodge on snowy thursday. Greeted nicely by the young lady waitress who showed us to a big booth. Everything was good, the waitress, quick service, excellent food. My one bugbear about pizza hut is the price of a soft drink. The kids have a soft drink which ok, has free refill, but who can drink that much pop?? We certainly couldn't. So it makes a round of drinks for 2 adults and 3 children almost £14. ouch. £2.75 for a glass of lemonade is a rip off, please please change the policy on free refills £2.75 for free refill drinks, and a seperate price for a single drink. Moan over.
We were told a table for 2 would be a 5/10 minute wait but half an hour later and 3 couples pushing in front of us we walked out. Really bad service.
I stayed at the nearby Travelodge on my way to France the next morning. The service was great and the food was good. I shared a large pizza with the all-you-can-eat salad buffet, which was perfect and exactly what we needed.
We decided to eat at this restaurant while visiting a nearby retail store. Unfortunately, it was a bad decision. Although the staff was friendly, the food and salad were lacking in flavor, and the pizza was the worst we had ever tasted. We witnessed someone picking up a plate from a stack, deciding it was not suitable for their food, and putting it back on the stack with their hands all over it. We will not be returning to this Pizza Hut again.
