Been before for a roast at the Louis and it's always been good . But today it was fantastic, Plenty of everything and honestly I couldn't find fault with anything, perhaps more cheese on the cauliflower cheese? Seriously great value and as always friendly staff . I always find myself over eating and that's easy when the food is this tasty. Fantastic job guys View all feedback.

We used to visit this restaurant frequently, but recently the service at the carvery has become slow, the food has not been very tasty, and they ran out of ice cream for the kids. We won’t be returning. View all feedback.
The food was delightful, and Karen was very friendly. I only have one complaint: the plate was cold, and the gravy wasn't hot enough. I considered asking if it could be warmed up in the microwave for a few seconds. Despite that, we still enjoyed our little outing.
The carvery was delicious, and the chef was very accommodating when I requested beef without fat. He went and retrieved another cut of beef just for me. Thank you, we will definitely return!
We had a lovely experience at the carvery today. The meat was a bit dry since we arrived at 4:45 and the fresh batch hadn't been brought out yet, but it was still acceptable. Our server, Karen, was incredibly helpful with my app issues and was very kind in assisting us in finding colors for the kids. Overall, we had a nice time!

Upon our arrival, George greeted us with laughter and a cheerful demeanor. Dave was an excellent host, and the food was outstanding; we truly couldn't find anything to criticize about the meal.
