Before heading home from Plymouth, my wife and I met her parents for a morning coffee at Costa Coffee in Next Store. In my opinion, it is one of the best coffee shops in the city, with friendly and efficient baristas serving delicious, smooth coffees. We enjoyed Americanos, Lattes, Flat Whites, and Cappuccinos, all freshly made and the perfect way to wrap up our visit. View all feedback.

Got there for a frappe the drive in was closed so had to go into store the American member of staff js so patronising the frappe ice got stuck in my straw as wasn’t ground down properly they’re always so busy and it seems customer service goes out the window : View all feedback.
General coffee shop chain stores overpriced mediocre drinks and sandwiches / cake etc.
Clean. friendly staff. had a refrigerator and coffee to the breakfast.
The personal was very nice when I knocked my mokka and made a bit chaos.
The service is relatively quick and shelves are well stocked. Seating arrangements are never set out right resulting in a lot of waiting around if you want to be indoors.
As always, very good, good service would recommend. Have reviewed again as it seems they have a staffing issue, IE not enough. Had people in front and stood for nearly minutes waiting to be served. Understaffed. Will see if it's just COVID or franchisee holder being mean and delivering a sub standard service. Shame... Especially as Starbucks has opened next door.
