Sarku Japan - PLYMOUTH MEETING

Been going here for years. Best asian-american food from a mall food court that you’ll find. Friendly staff, cooked to order. Doesn't sit in a hot pan for hours like most asian food court places.

As someone who has been to most of sakur location in the NJ area PA. This location is far superior from any other sakur Japan. 5 Star all the way

This restaurant has the worst service- staff are incompetent and disrespectful. I paid for double chicken- they didn’t put it on the receipt because they didn’t hear me. I told them what I wanted. The man cooking can’t hear well, he was very rude and short with me and I don’t recommend eating there. It’s salty, they charge extra for everything- and again the service is terrible. If they mess up they make you responsible for everything they mess up with. I genuinely hope that they learn not to yell at customers when frustrated or get frustrated when they messed up. The staff member did not apologize or anything at all, and to make it worse I paid $12.11 I got $10 back and not the rest of my money. I’m very disappointed and disgusted. I am an 18 year old college student, my money is tight as it is and I feel disrespected after being yelled at in front of other customers. Thank you.

Shrimp meal is always great. Friendly lady cashier and friendly cooks.

My fiancé and I both got food poisoning from here. Don’t go.
