Unfortuna... read more I called the restaurant to inform the person who answered that I did not receive any Gluten Free Soy Sauce, Hot Mustard, or Chili Sauce with my order. Unfortunately, while I was explaining this, they hung up on me. When I tried to call back, no one answered. I am now canceling my credit card because I was charged $41 for a Gluten Free Chicken and a side of Fried Rice from DoorDash. I believe that for that price, the meal should be flawless.

I typically don't enjoy crab wontons, but I ordered them for my boyfriend, and they were nearly inedible. While the wonton wrappers were cooked perfectly, the filling was dry and flavorless. Instead of the usual sweet and sour sauce, they came with an odd brown ginger sauce that didn't complement the dish. The kung pao beef was decent, but for $24, there was only about 6 ounces of steak. The lo mein was acceptable, especially for an eight-year-old, and the portion was reasonable for the price. The best dish we tried were the Brussels sprouts; I highly recommend them if you enjoy sprouts. Unfortunately, the worst item was the cucumber salad. I’m not exaggerating when I say it was just thinly sliced cucumbers, sesame seeds, and what I believe was sesame oil in a small container—it was absolutely awful. PF Chang's should be embarrassed by the quality of their food compared to its price. We will definitely not be ordering from them again.

The only downside was the noise level, as two very loud children were sitting in the booths on either side of us. Despite this, we still managed to enjoy a nice lunch, although it did make it difficult to converse with my elderly hard of hearing friend. Overall, a great experience!

They clearly don 't care!
