What Will Madansky doesn't like about Fugaky:
The restaurant overcharged our card by nearly $25. It seems to have been a simple mistake but the manager refused to refund the extra amount. This may be a scam, so be cautious! View all feedback.
Our bill was charged nearly $25, which was incorrect. Despite this, the manager refused to refund the overpayment. It seems like a scam.
The buffet at this restaurant was below average, with dried out and low-quality food. Some of the items in the steam table were not available as the staff refused to restock, stating that they were closing in two hours. The owner seemed indifferent to the situation. I would not return to this restaurant even if offered free food. I reported them to the Health Board, which conducted a surprise inspection and found that the restaurant only barely met health standards.
I visited Fugaky last night for the second time, hoping for a better experience at this supposedly five-star restaurant. Unfortunately, I was disappointed again. The hot and sour soup lacked flavor, the jumbo shrimp dish had a small, overcooked shrimp smothered in a tough, thick batter that was impossible to cut through, and the only saving grace was the decent chicken lo mein. Surprisingly, while the seafood restaurant nearby was bustling with customers, Fugaky was practically empty. In the end, I left after spending $30 feeling regretful, wishing I had chosen to go to McDonald's for a simple salad instead.

Despite some negative reviews, this place offers the best Chinese food in the Plymouth/Holderness/Campton/Thornton area. The Moo shoo chicken was perfectly prepared, and the scallion pancakes and crab Rangoon were outstanding. The mai tais are excellent, and the sushi is always fresh and prepared personally by the owner.
