I have only been here twice. Both times were bad experiences. Today I ordered a large iced mocha. They gave me a hot mocha after waiting nearly 5 minutes. I told them I ordered a iced mocha and they made it seem like it was my fault that they made the wrong item. Them after waiting another 5 minutes my order was wrong again (wrong chocolate in drink) but I had seen enough so I left. Now I know to avoid this caribou. View all feedback.

I’m always pleased with any Caribou experience, this time was no different. We were greeted by friendly employees and we received our orders correctly in a timely manner!
Got a blended mocha. yummmmmmm. great service and very nice waiter at window.
