expect a thing: the hostes will try to cash in high amounts while not disturbing to make them feel comfortable. no idea what a good service is. they will try to deposit at dinner, breakfast, extra bed. in the suit they expect immediate withdrawal with...no refund possible if they book, then no help with luggage when they arrive, an indifferent look when they go and not least. no internet in the post-pandemie 2021. on... The restaurant is somewhat outside the village of Plomodiern. The dining room is very spacious with not many tables. You won't be bothered by the other guests. The tables near the windows have a pleasant view overlooking the ocean in the distance. Food is excellent....a mix of land and sea dishes. We particularly liked the langoustines. Perfect ingredients. Perfect cooking. Some creativity but nothing weird. Of course it is not cheap but quite reasonable for that quality level. We paid around 450 euros for 3 with a bottle of wine (menu plaisir 110 euros) There is a large choice of wines, including many grands crus. Service was very pleasant, and not as stiff as in some more established michelin star restaurants.
This is the two stars michelin restaurant of olivier bellin. The experience is amazing and all around local, regional products from brittany. The location is unfortunately a bit underwhelming and the dining room decoration is not at the level of the food. Having said that,...the food and experience is so fantastic that the rest is quickly forgotten. I highly recommend going there if you want to try a modern approach to local food.
Each visit is always an exceptional culinary experience. Breton terroir products are sublimated, sometimes surprisingly associated. with good products such as leaped langoustin and "creamly mud blood". The frame, with the view of the bay of douarnenez, is splendid and the staff is in small care. A feast for all senses
We have been following since its early stages of belin olive , a true mouth artist! a very inventive kitchen in a region sometimes austere that we love for its marine and terrestrial riches and that this finite chef knows how to combine with maestro. We just regret that we haven't had an affair with him in the past, but we forgive him for this discretion that is not without a plump. A moment of unmissable happiness to celebrate any moment of life!
And though to say!?? a beautiful place, a pretty little intimate room, a staff with small care for a large kitchen, a kitchen of author, fingerprint of the roots of an exceptional chef ... everything has been perfect from beginning to end, with the black wheat for driving wire, what happiness .... one regret, not having been able to thank the leader of live voice .... long life to you, we will be back to you ,
