To avoid running the staff, I went to pick up the new pins from the boss to whom I presented my thanks for this gesture. perfectly normal gesture in any restaurant worthy of this name. not happy to look up at me she told me that she had no choice. I ask her why she makes me that remark and she stops answering me on a scornful tone that we were wrong and that the skewers were well cooked. I’ve been in restaurants of all kinds for over 30 years and “even if I’m not cooked” I can recognize a well cooked meat. If I could come back, I would photograph the pins in question and I would have published them with this message. Too bad.
