Milk is prepared by obtaining foam, recognized by the specific sound of squealing, not bubbles. I am writing this review from Greece, where I was just served a professional cappuccino (and the Greeks, like the Romanians, did not invent cappuccino, but only learned how to make it). It's incredibly hard to find a well-made cappuccino in Prahova. Please correct.
