Jersey Mike's Subs

Food is always good and the staff is swamped 24/7. They get orders out as quick as you could ask considering. Only reason to go elsewhere is the pricing, very high.

Best subs I have ever had will make them my number one place to go for

This had to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. First, to start off, the employee making the subs is yelling at a customer for telling him what they don't want on their sub. I then make it to my turn to see him brush the lettuce from the prep area back into the lettuce container. I then order my sub and he forgets to add an ingredient and he had already pushed it to the cutter/wrapper. I say please add Russian so he rips it back open and puts a huge glob of dressing from a packet onto my sub not even acknowledging me. Then my boyfriend orders and once again he isn't even able to tell him everything he wants before he pushes it to the wrapper. When we suggest he slows down in order to make the sandwiches correctly he responds back...goodbye!! I am all for quick service but when the quality of the product is severely impacted and the customer service is absolutely atrocious something should be changed. I have never had this kind of experience at other Jersey Mike locations. What a nightmare.

I was totally guilty of being the annoying person who put a sauce request in the special instructions- not only did they do it but they wrote a cute little note on the bag too telling me to enjoy. Same location wrote a nice Happy Bday message last summer to my girlfriend. Seriously the nicest staff ever ?

Service was quick but subs are expensive and a little limited in how they are filled. Large sub ended up near $20. This was my first time at Jersey Mike's. Sub was ok, but I much prefer an Italian deli sub rather than here. I did like that they were very quick.
