When I raised this issue with the ma... read more I ordered a 10-piece boneless meal. Half of my order was covered in a tough crust that I couldn't even pierce with my fork. When I raised this issue with the manager, she explained that they had received complaints and were instructed by the general manager to "get rid of them" by selling them to customers. This was something they had never done before. Despite this experience, I still bring my family to eat at this restaurant, but I am unsure if we will return again soon.
