The Cove Bistro - Pleasanton

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! I ordered the brown rice with beans, barbacoa, and chips, and it was delightful—way beyond my expectations. Moreover, Dolores, who served me, noticed that I hadn't received any toppings and generously offered me a small discount on my order. Thank you, Dolores! She truly goes above and beyond to ensure that her customers have a wonderful experience. I'm very impressed with both the service and the quality of the food here. This has been one of the best experiences I've ever had at a Chipotle. If you get the chance, definitely visit this location—I highly recommend it!

The restaurant is clean and inviting. The staff has a great sense of humor. Dolores, in particular, is not only friendly but also crafts wonderful dishes.

The staff is well-fed, and the food is excellent. It's a lovely place to relax and chat with your friends on the Chipoodle group chat! (or by yourself, if they ignore you) I particularly appreciate the architecture and the Monterey Jack cheese! :D
