I preferred the Taters to the Burgers at this place. I wish they would offer more sauce for the burgers, as both the buns and the patties were quite dry. The prices are a bit high, but they’re definitely more affordable than Cheesecake Factory or PF Changs if you’re on a budget.

We chose to grab a bite before shopping at the local mall, and the menu at The Counter caught our attention. We ordered burgers, each with a choice of either a salad, onion rings, or fries on the side. One of the burgers was incorrect and needed to be sent back for correction. However, they kindly left the fries for us to enjoy while we waited for the burger to be remade, and they even brought out fresh fries with the corrected order. Overall, the food was good, making this a solid dining option at the mall.

Good juicy burgers cooked according to specifications! Try the breakfast burger with a roasted egg: tasty: and for the experimental menu you can have an impossibile burger from vegetable proteins. Also quite juicy. In any case, a good lunch place.

Employees Ray Justin are awesome. Great service and very professional from both of them. I had 1/3lb burger cooked medium. Very tasty on the greens with blue cheese. Justin made me a mint chocolate with brownie milk shake. Very, very good.
