Pizza Guys - Pleasanton

I thought the pizzas were way too small and skimpy on topping and WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!.

We always order from our local pizza guys, so when we were in Pleasanton for an event over the weekend they were our go-to. Unfortunately, this situation offered a terrible experience. I have placed a large order online 2 hours in advance. My coupon code was not applied. I called and the woman assured me that she would fix it and that our order would be delivered at the desired time, as I explained to her that we are banging at a limited time. Needless to say, I never got the discount from the code and my order was 30 minutes late. When I called to find out what took so long, the woman told me if I didn't like it, I could call the company office to complain since she was the franchise owner. She told me that my order was too late because it was my fault that I placed a large order on a weekend. Ends to 40 children to feed left in 10 minutes before the bus. I'm still waiting for a company call back.

We've really never had too many problems with Pizza Guys but tonight is a different story. First, it took the delivery guy 35 minutes to arrive and we live 10-15 minutes away. But worse, my pizza is raw! The bottom is solid but under the cheese, the dough is raw! Crazy! I'll still order from them but this is disappointing!

We order from pizza guys for my party on the weekend. The pizzas taste great. Their ingredients are fresh and has a wide variety of pizzas to choose from. They offered us cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory. The cheesecake was delicious. I'm glad that they offered it to us. They delivered on time and have an amazing customer service.
