The food is consistently excellent and remains a favorite. The Mongolian beef and salt and pepper prawns are truly exceptional. We also ordered dessert—the toffee sticky pudding with ice cream—and I can’t stop thinking about returning just for that! I highly recommend this place! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about P.f. Chang's Pleasanton:
The server came off as pretentious and appeared to lack enthusiasm for his job. He declined to accept our credit card, insisting that we use a QR code for contactless payment. So, we ended up paying with cash instead. It’s puzzling that they don't take credit cards but do accept cash—doesn’t really add up! View all feedback.

At Stoneridge Mall in Pleasanton, the employees didn’t seem very happy to be there. The table was dirty when we arrived, and I had to ask for it to be cleaned. The bartender was the only one who was friendly. Our server was late and brought our food without any cutlery, just a large serving spoon. I had to request utensils from the reception so I could eat. This level of service was disappointing and not what I expected from a restaurant like this.
The service was quite good. However, I found the food to be a bit overpriced. We ordered several dishes to sample our favorites, and most of them were enjoyable, except for one. The chicken was tough to chew, but they promptly took it back and prepared a new one for us. It was an improvement, but still not the best we had. The highlight of the meal was definitely the combo noodles, which were exceptional.
Utter disappointment. Kung pao chicken seems overly cooked/fried and it was bland and tasteless . More peanuts than chicken and too pricey 20$ for the quality and quantity . The kung pao in Panda Express is a Lott better . Chicken in Singapore streetnoodles tasted raw and undercooked . It has definitely lost it glory following COVID
It was our first time since Covid started to return to P.F. Chang?s and celebrate Mother?s Day, unfortunately we were disappointed by the quality of food we were served. I can understand them being shorthanded however there is no excuse forserving poor quality food. Our broccoli beef, and kungpao shrimp looked like it had sat there for a while. The shrimp sizes arevery small. Considering what you pay for the dishes it was clearly cutting corners.
