I love the place, I love the food, everything is great when you walk in, but when you order your food for a delivery they start forgetting things. Like just today I ordered my food and ordered Teriyaki sauce with it and even in the special requests area I wrote two packets please and when it got here there was no teriyaki sauce at all. Worst Panda I’ve been. The portion size is a joke, and the taste is horrible — you can definitely tell from how brown the celery is in the chow mein and how dark the eggplant is that the food has been there for a VERY long time, not fresh at all. And don’t even mention the taste.If you are really in the mood for Panda, go to the other ones jn Pleasanton, there are a couple of them around. View all feedback.
She only gave me 6 pieces of honey walnut shrimp lol. The portion was pretty stingy. I should’ve asked more but I didn’t want to be that customer.

These guys are a joke they give you small portions. So a combo plates cost $9.50 for barely two rice bowls of rice and scoops of food that use an ice cream scooper. Really for Chinese fast food?...use to go to Panda when it first started and has gotten worse over the years...People time to find other places to go.
