Mcdonald's - Pleasanton

The drive-through is extremely slow. Even though you are the only one in the drive-through they will make you wait at the curbside pick up just so the counter timer doesn't show that they are taking forever with their orders. Make sure you check your order before you leave the drive-through because I have come here so many times and my orders have been messed up. The food is sometimes cold and it makes you wonder why did you have to wait at the curbside pick up when the food is not going to be fresh.

I give good reviews normally. But nobody here speaking english, nobody at the time of my post, is very difficult. Asking for help and not getting it when minimum wage is $20 an hour.... Please do better plus my order was wrong...

I ordered through the app and was so happy to see they offered the spicy nuggets! So many places seemed to have only had it for a limited time. The worker who brought out my food seemed friendly. When I got to my destination, I was sad to see I was given just regular nuggets. Not what I ordered.

Been to this McDonald's a few times now and I think it's great! Got exactly what I asked for while using the app. And most importantly they never forget the sauce :

This McDonald's location consistently makes mistakes and serves the wrong orders. The biscuits are usually stale no matter what time of day you order them. The service is inefficient, requiring customers to wait a long time for their food after pulling around. It is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. However, the young man who delivers the food to customers waiting is very kind. The restaurant does not offer any compensation for their errors. Overall, a terrible experience.
