This place is great! Just take them 5 to 10 minutes from the order to have me back home. The order specification makes the process even faster. Most Fast Food Drive up lines are not so fast. The staff is always friendly and polite and the shop is always clean. It is a luxury to have such shops in the neighborhood. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Little Caesar's Pizza:
I threw pizza through the door bag. Kruste was so dry. Wings were decent, but overseasoned. Kid loves pizza, but could not finish a slice of pepperoni. Seriously, what went wrong with people. Where has all the hard work and skills development go. View all feedback.
I'm here twice. It won't be back for the third time. Called 10-15 minutes before each visit and asked if she was hot ready to pick up pizza without waiting. The first time I came in, they told me I had to wait five minutes. I didn't go with my order for another 15 minutes and was the only customer there. The second time I came in, they guaranteed me that pizzas were ready. I tried to let myself wait again, and when I appealed to my complaint, they told me I could pay $2 extra per pizza for what seemed to be the same as a hot and ready. I had no time to wait today and was burned out of the last visit. There is no such thing as hot and finished pizza to go here, even if you are going to call You stay waiting, so don't waste your time and go to another business.
Fabulous customer service, a new manager is in charge, the store looks great, the manager prepared a delicious pizza for me, I will be back very soon.
I sent my employees to pick up lunch today and while they are at this establishment they get harassed by an impatient customer behind them and the employee instead of deterring the situation and explaining they were first in line proceeded to give my employees attitude before even taking their order. Employees here need to learn proper quality customer service and the meaning of first come first serve along with treating every individual the same. Terrible service
Good pizza at a reasonable price. Their standard pizzas are usually available with no waiting. Over the years their price has edged up, but they are still the best value in town. Sure a lot better and fresher then the supermarkets frozen pizzas. Stop by and see what I mean.
Little Caesars is definitely a convenient and cheap pick up pizza place. This review is based on this particular location. The staff and owner aren't very customer service friendly at all. When you call and order well in advance or order in person, they say a few minutes longer.. But your wait can be an hour, depending on peak time. It's extremely chaotic during peak and seasonal times. Tip: Do not come here over Halloween, esp if you're hosting a party. Ordering in advanced is thrown out the window.
