I... read more I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I went there tonight with a coupon for a 9-piece double mash, which should have included legs and thighs. Instead, I came home with legs and breasts. If I had wanted white meat, I wouldn't have requested all dark meat. This isn't the first time they've made mistakes with my orders, but it will definitely be the last. They've lost a customer.

After managing to get through again, I was told that they would prepare the correct chicken and missing sides if I returned to the restaurant. However, when I arrived at 7:45 PM on Thursday, I was informed that there was no cook available to fry the chicken and they could only provide me with the missing sides. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since the restaurant doesn't close until 10 PM. If I could rate this experience with zero stars, I absolutely would.

The food... read more Today at KFC, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Daniel, and if I were in management, I would seriously consider giving him a raise or promotion. The food from their menu was excellent, and Daniel’s customer service was outstanding. He was friendly and offered great recommendations for a variety of delicious dishes. His professionalism truly stood out, and because of this experience, I will definitely continue to be a loyal customer.

I thought I would never order from KFC again, but gave in and ordered online in a weak moment yesterday—and it was even worse than before. If it were possible, I would give zero stars. I ordered an 8-piece bucket, and when I arrived at the scheduled pickup time, I waited 5 minutes before anyone helped me. When I mentioned my order, the staff member laughed and said they were out of chicken! (He actually laughed!) Then, without saying a word, he went inside and returned 5 minutes later, handed me a phone number, and told me to call for a refund since they wouldn’t process it at the store. Now I'm stuck with KFC's customer service number, which I’ve called twice with no answer. Not once did the staff apologize for the inconvenience. The service was unbelievably bad. Avoid this place if you can. I’ve ordered several times, and every single time the pickup wasn’t ready—always making me wait at least 20 minutes past the scheduled time. They mess up something with every order, without fail. I hoped it was just a one-time mistake, but this seems to be their consistent pattern. I’m stuck ordering here because I live nearby, but if I had a choice, I wouldn’t. To be fair, out of five orders, I did receive one apology and even a cookie once.
