Really bad food! Asked for paneer biryani and was awful! Sharing the picture. Do yourself a favor, go to any other biryani place in Dublin, CA Waste of money

I really like the food at this restaurant but the customer service really needs improvement. I have gotten take out 4 times. If you get the lady, she is super nice and friendly. If you get the guy, it’s almost like he does not like non-Indian customers. For instance, today I called and placed an order for lunch. When I arrived, it was clear he did not even start my order. We went next door to get lunch take out for my daughter at Bentolicious. After that we came back and still waited another 15 minutes. When I opened my mutton curry, there were 2 small pieces for mutton, a portion much smaller than my previous 3 orders.

Keep away from this if you can. Ordered food for festival and they screwed up. When I went to pick up, they first said order is not there, then checked order list and said they missed to print the phone order for packing. I asked can I wait, first the person managing billing said 5 mins, then he went in and came back and said 15 mins. Then another guys came and said 20+mins. I have been here before and ordered takeout couple of times, the food was decent.No apologies or sorry or anything from them for messing up my order. Hardly 6 ppl were eating inside and 3 takeouts ready on table, no one else during festival weekend. Never going back again after this experience

Very good thaali and briyani. Great service. If your looking for good south indian food, this is a good place.
