Sherry's Kitchen - Pleasant Hill

I took my mother out for brunch today, even though she treated us. It’s a charming little place. We used to live in the area over a decade ago, but I’m not sure how long this restaurant has been here. The service was good, and the staff was very friendly. My mother ordered the Cali Eggs Benedict, and I had a breakfast sandwich with scrambled eggs and sausage. We both had a side of home fries; my mom had coffee while I enjoyed orange juice. She loved her Eggs Benedict, and my breakfast sandwich was fantastic. I was so full that I couldn’t finish it all. I’d love to come back here with my husband, son, or friends. The prices are reasonable, nothing too outrageous. Our total for everything we ordered was about $37 before the tip.

Sherry's kitchen was excellent. We ordered steak and eggs, a patty melt, bacon, tomatoes, Eggs Benedict, and pancakes with bacon.

Absolutely wonderful! The Irish Benedict was fantastic, and the service was friendly, attentive, and quick. My only minor complaint is that there wasn't enough Hollandaise sauce. Still, it's a great restaurant!

My husband and I were here for the first time. It was not very busy in the week and so the service was very good. They worked hard to clean everything after the people had gone. My husband had the huge blueberry pancakes with an egg on the side. He enjoyed them very much and he was happy that they even warmed the syrup. I ordered the bust and sour wort with haash brown and eggs. I loved the Brat. It was cut in the middle and fried, but they could definitely have put more sour wort on their head. The eggs were perfectly cooked and the ash-browns were crispy at the edges, but they were super fatty. I would definitely try something else. It's really sweet inside and on a warmer morning, it would be nice to sit outside.

It's a new restaurant that certainly has filled the spot. The menu has a great variety of selections, the food is excellent, and the servers are very attentive. As an added personal touch, they use cloth napkins, no dead trees, and an eclectic collection of china to serve the meals. I had a Monte Cristo sandwich which I have not even seen on a menu for a very long time. Excellent
